Thank you for shopping at Apexcart. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at apexcartwork@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Contact us at apexcartwork@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires to exercise this right. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items Contact us immediately at apexcartwork@gmail.com and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
